| Islamic Marriage Services |

Marriage is officiated according to Islamic law as well as the law of the USA. A marriage license issued by a
city/town hall in Massachusetts is required. A marriage outside the State of Massachusetts, including Canada,
can also be officiated within the legal requirements of the State.
An Islamic certificate of marriage shall be properly issued to the couple. Islamic marriage may also be performed
in certain circumstances, provided that the husband is not currently involved in another Islamic marriage.
| Divorce |

Divorce is provided according to Islamic law if a couple already acquires a civil divorce. Counseling may be
required at the discretion of the Imam. An Islamic certificate of divorce shall be properly issued to the
couple. Other cases shall be discussed separately.
